Heidi has over 15 years of experience working within local healthcare systems in both Illinois and Wisconsin. Heidi's experience has provided her the opportunity to develop evidenced-based skills that are useful when assessing, educating, and setting realistic goals for each individual's needs. Heidi's direct and compassionate approach encourages adults to make active changes within their lives.
